We provide our matching services to you at no cost. You are only obligated to cover the fees for lessons that have been scheduled and conducted. Typically, our commission is the tuition fees for first 2 weeks of lessons (or as otherwise specified). This sum will be subtracted from the tutor’s earnings. We do not charge GST, so there is absolutely no hidden cost for our service.

We offer three categories of tutors: Part-Time Tutors, Full-Time Tutors, and EX/Current MOE Teachers. You can find additional details and information about these tutors by visiting the following link.

Indeed, we offer trial lesson. However, the trial lesson is chargeable. Should you choose not to continue with a tutor following the trial lesson, you will only need to cover the fees for the initial lesson.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the provided tutor, just let us know. We will then terminate the tutoring arrangement with that tutor. Please ensure that all tuition fees due are paid to us, and we will allocate the tutor’s portion accordingly.

We will also assist you to find a new tutor, and this service comes at no additional cost. It’s important to note that such occurrences are uncommon since we diligently selects top-quality tutors to ensure our clients’ satisfaction.

Payment is due to us at the end of the second week of lesson. We offer various payment methods, including PayNow and Bank Transfer. Specific instructions on how and where to make payment will be included in our invoice to you.

Starting from the third week of lessons, parents have the option to make tuition fee payments directly to the tutor using a mutually agreed-upon payment method, which typically includes options like Cash, PayNow, or Bank Transfer.

If you find it necessary to reschedule the initial lesson, kindly inform us at least one day in advance. We appreciate your understanding that the tutor has dedicated time to the scheduled lesson. In consideration of the tutor’s commitment and transportation arrangements, a 50% fee for the first lesson may be incurred. We sincerely hope for your cooperation in respecting the tutor’s time by providing early notice of any changes.

If the need to reschedule arises outside our standard working hours (Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM), you will need to directly contact the tutor for rescheduling.
